Yes! We offer Digital Gift Cards ranging in amounts from $200-$600. They are delivered instantly by email, never expire, and can be used on any jewelry piece in our store.
Q: Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
Yes! Upon request, your piece will be beautifully gift wrapped and may include a handwritten card. Each package is prepared with care. Please mention "Gift Wrapping with or without a personal note" in the Cart Note at checkout. If you'd like the recipient's first name included on the card, kindly specify it there.
Q: Do you offer a chain length adjustment service?
Yes, brass-toned chains from the GODDESS COLLECTION can be shortened or lengthened at no extra charge. Past purchases can be adjusted, too. Just add the Free Chain Service to your cart and note your preferred length at checkout. Please use the measuring guide provided in the listing to ensure the perfect fit.
Q: How do Custom Orders work - step-by-step?Custom orders are available exclusively for the Signature Feather Necklace, handcrafted with your choice of metal, stone, and chain.
Orders initiate with a $125 non-refundable Custom Order Deposit, applied toward your total. Within 24 hours, I'll personally contact you to confirm your ideas, review your selections (stone, metal, chain, feather size, clasp location), and provide a final quote.
Pricing depends on the chain style and stone selection. Signature Feather Necklaces begin at $200.
Your exact quote is provided during the consulation, before any work begins.
Creation typically takes 3-5 weeks, with brief progress updates and a final approval photo prior to completion. Once your necklace is finished and approved, I will send a Shopify Invoice Link for the remaining Custom Order Balance.
