Yes we ship almost everywhere in the world.


Q#2: Do you offer same-day delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day delivery.


Q#3: I just placed my order. Can I cancel it?
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.


Q#4: Can I add/remove products from my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or edited in any form.


Q#5: Can I track my packages online?
You can easily track your packages online.


Q#6: Can l adjust the chain length of my necklace?
Yes, brass-toned chains from the GODDESS COLLECTION can be shortened or lengthened at no extra charge. Just add the Free Chain Service to your cart and note your preferred length at checkout. Past purchases can be adjusted, too (customer covers return postage). 


Q#7: How do Custom Orders work?
Custom Orders begin with a $75 non-refundable deposit, applied toward your total. Within 24 hours, I'll personally contact you to confirm details and provide a final quote. Each piece is intuitively created, ensuring our jewel will be a one-of-a-kind, divinely guided creation

Once your piece is complete, the Custom Order Balance will be due in full before shipping. Please note: full payment must be made in a single transaction - Shop Pay installments are not available for either deposit or balance.

Creation typically takes 3-5 weeks, with progress updates and a final approval before completion.
