Lead Time: Approximately 3-5 weeks from confirmation to completion.
What Happens Next:
1. After payment - You will receive an automatic order confirmation email.
2. Within 24 hours - I will personally reach out by email to discuss your design preferences.
3. Design consultation - Together we will finalize your selections:
* Stone
* Metal (brass or copper)
* Chain style
* Chain length (18" or 20")
* Feather size (standard 2.5" or shorter)
* Clasp location (back of neck or positioned sideways in front)
4. Final quote - You will receive a clear quote for the remaining balance along with the updated timeline.
5. Creation begins - Once the quotevus approved, your necklace enters full hand-fabrication.
6. Final approval - Before completion, you'll receive a final progress photo.
7. Balance payment - Once approved, a direct Shopify Invoice Linkvwill be sent for the remaining balance. (payment kindly requested within 3).
8. Shipment - Once the balance is paid, your finished necklace will be securely packaged and shipped.
