2. Within 24 hours - I'll personally contact you via email to discuss your vision
3. Design consultation - We'll collaborate on materials, design, and timeline
4. Final quote - You'll receive pricing for the remaining balance
5. Creation begins - Once approved, your unique piece comes to life (2-4 weeks)
