Your order will be processed with care and shipped securely from our studio. Each piece is handcrafted individually, and we take great care to ensure it reaches you safely.

 

Domestic Shipping – USPS Ground Advantage

Small items (1–2 pieces): $7.50–$8.50

Large items (1 piece): $9.50

Free shipping on U.S. orders $400

All packages include tracking and are insured under standard USPS rates. You will receive your tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipping – USPS First Class Mail ($32)

Estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days, depending on customs clearance.
All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Alternate shipping options or full insurance coverage are available upon request.

Important Notes

Once a package leaves our studio, responsibility for transit rests with the carrier.
While we are not liable for carrier delays or losses, we will gladly assist you in resolving shipment issues and coordinate repairs for any damage reported within 3 days of delivery.

If a domestic package shows no tracking activity for 15 days, we will initiate a USPS search request on your behalf.
International shipments are not eligible for USPS investigations once they leave the United States.
