We do not accept returns or exchanges.If your piece arrives damaged or if the wrong item was received, please email us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos.
Customers may choose one of the following:
ReplacementΒ β of equal or lesser value. If a lesser-value replacement is chosen, the difference will be reimbursed to the original payment method.
Repair β complimentary if damage occurred during shipment, or if you feel a special connection to this particular jewel and wish to have that piece restored.
We cover the Return Shipping when an incorrect item was originally sent.
If return shipping is required for a replacement, a prepaid label will be provided or the shipping cost will be reimbursed after proof of postage.Our goal is always your complete satisfaction.
