Chain Length Adjustment for Goddess Collection Necklaces

In most cases, our designs are intended to be worn at their original length. The majority of our necklaces feature brass-toned chains and this complimentary service applies only to this chain style. 

This service allows you to customize the chain length of your Goddess Necklace at no extra charge.

Already own a Goddess necklace? This service is also available for previously purchased pieces. Simply contact us to arrange your adjustment. Please note that customers are responsible for inbound postage; return shipping is covered on our side. 

Important notes: 

No new elements or redesigns will be added beyond the chain adjustment. 

Due to the substantial size of many pendants, necklaces naturally hang longer than the chain length alone may suggest. Please check our measuring guide before requesting adjustments. 

Shortening Service: We can shorten the brass-toned link chain by removing links near the clasp to maintain the overall design. 

Lengthening Service: Available as long as matching chain supplies last. May add a little extra processing time before shipping.
