If your piece arrives damaged or if the wrong item was received, please Contact Us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos.

Replacements or Repairs

Customers may choose one of the following:

Replacement – A new item of equal or lesser value. If a lesser-value replacement is chosen, the difference will be reimbursed to the original payment method.

Repair – Complimentary if damage occurredΒ  Β  Β  Β  during shipment. If you feel deeply connected to your jewel, we’ll do our best to restore that same piece whenever possible. Repairs are offered only when appropriate and approved byΒ  our studio.

Returns - We cover the return shipping when an incorrect item was originally sent.
If return shipping is required for a replacement, a prepaid shipping label will be provided or the shipping cost will be reimbursed after proof of postage.
